Singer Foundation<\/b>. The Singer Foundation is a long-time supporter of the Tribute Museum, and are committed to supporting innovative and effective organizations and initiatives that strengthen American democracy.<\/p>\n<p><b>Lee Ielpi<\/b>, Tribute Museum Co-founder guided the interns who toured the exhibits with Elliot Management employees\u2019 Kimberly Reinhardt-Gonzales and Joe Pollina. According to Lee, \u201cit is crucial that we pass on the understanding of 9\/11 to future generations by sharing the personal stories of loss and recovery and the tremendous spirit of resilience and service that arose after the attacks.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This is the 7th year that the Tribute Museum has partnered with the Singer Foundation and each time the interns have come away with significant realizations like the one we received as part of a thank you note:<br \/>\n[mk_blockquote style=&#8221;quote-style&#8221; font_family=&#8221;none&#8221; text_size=&#8221;12&#8243; align=&#8221;left&#8221;]I wanted to take a minute to thank you for the tour of the Tribute [Museum]. It was an incredible and eye-opening experience. While I have learned about it growing up in school and have friends and family that have been affected, the experience was truly eye-opening. As the generations get younger, less and less hands are raised when asked who remembers the tragedy (or even was live at the time) and understands the effects it had on our country. With that, it is more important now than ever before to educate the youth on the tragic events of September 11th.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After hearing Lee\u2019s story and realizing the importance on educating all Americans on this, I would like you to know that I spread your message to my mother who teaches middle schoolers in New Jersey.[\/mk_blockquote]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summer interns from Elliott Management Corporation visited the 9\/11 Tribute Museum, a partnership supported by the Paul E.
